We went to the hotel with very low expectations due to the season, but we were surprised by how hot the weather was during the day (mid-February). The staff was incredibly polite and courteous. I would especially like to thank Mahmoud from the front desk for his support. And I think Aya from the animation team does a great job. The beach was very beautiful, you can reach the beach in just 2-3 minutes. Don't be fooled by the fact that it is on the other side of the street, getting there is never a problem. The pool and pool beds were also very nice. There is a bar on the beach within all incusive and they make very good cocktails. Drink quality is generally very good. The a la carte restaurants in the hotel are very successful, I recommend you to try them. and the location of the hotel is very central, you can reach the shops and restaurants in the center of Naama by walking in 5-10 minutes.

We enjoyed our time there. The pools were really nice and the children enjoyed the water park. The Animation Team were pleasant, and they made sure that everyone is involved in the activities and made sure that everyone felt welcomed. The beach is nice as well; it has a coral area with a variety of beautiful fish and loads of beach activities. The beach is not as far as people claimed, It’s 3-5 minutes walking distance. The food is okay and good quality but it could do with more variety. The staff in the restaurant are polite and helpful. Lifeguards and all staff in general are super friendly and polite.

The Jaz Sharm Dreams is in a great location and walkable to restaurants and the Marina. The pools and facilities are lovely. Our room was spacious and some aspects needed an upgrade like the shower curtain. Fresh juice and other beverages in the morning would have made breakfast better! Staff were friendly and helpful! We loved using the gym facilities and the neighboring beach at the sister hotel

The biggest advantage of this hotel is having a sandy and coral beach together. The beach is so close to hotel, it was clean and well organized. Location of the hotel is great too. The food was nice. Every day, the reception was calling us to ask if everything was going well. My best regards to the old chef who is cooking the eggs in the breakfast and Mohammad Asraf at the reception. All the staff were very helpful. Me and my wife had great time there. Hope to visit again!

The pools were great. The food was okay, there was pasta options and breads etc. but if your child only eats chips and nuggets I do not recommend as they don’t have any chips or nuggets any of the nights. The two restaurants they do have are not really restaurants. The Italian is just buffet Italian stuff eg pizza pasta The Tex Mex was just stuff from the main buffet

The staff works very hard to make sure all guests get what they ask for. The facilities are great: nine pools! It's also maintained quite well. Flowers everywhere! There seem to be lots of activities taking place for everyone.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly and do everything to ensure the satisfaction of the visitors. They open rooms for early visitors for an additional fee. We liked it very much that they gave visitors like us, who came in the beginning of morning, a snack pack containing Sandwich dessert and fruit while waiting for the room to be ready (Thanks Mr Mahmod from the reception) The location of the hotel is very good
